CTM Scooter Warranty

5 & 6 Series Online Sales Only

FIVE YEAR / 1200HR WARRANTY Whichever comes first.

Structural frame components including: platform, fork, seat post and frame welds.

THREE YEAR / 800HR WARRANTY Whichever comes first

Motor, transaxle and plastic shrouds.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

All other electric and electronic parts, including controllers, battery chargers and magnetic brake have a one (1) year warranty.

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

This guarantee does not extend to those items which may need replacement due to normal wear and tear (tyres, belts, bulbs, upholstery, motor brushes, fuses and batteries) or damage to the product caused by misuse or accident for which CTM or its agent cannot be held responsible.  This warranty does not include labour or service calls.

BATTERIES

Batteries are covered by a (6) month warranty from the original manufacturer.

NOTE: The scooter must be left on charge when not in use.

SERVICE CHECKS AND WARRANTY SERVICE

Warranty service can be performed by any scooter dealer or auto electrician.
